Mandy-Rae Cruickshank and 82 year old Ama diver Sueko Matsuoka. Matsuoka, a commercial apnea diver for 60 years, still dives most days of the week to harvest oyster, abalone and seaweed up to 20m deep. In her younger years she dove up to 3 minutes and 30m. When asked how she is able to sustain such an incredible and taxing career she replied, " I loose about 2 kg every summer and gain it back again in the winter".
